Your health and safety is our main priority at Radiance, therefore it is imperative to carry out patch tests prior to the following treatments:

This ensures you are not likely to have a reaction and complies with our insurance policy. Under no circumstances can we provide the above treatments without a patch test.


Our aim is to always ensure optimum comfort and relaxation for all of our guests. As much as we love our little ones unfortunately, the salon is not the place for them, with hazardous equipment and tools it is not a safe environment and therefore we can not accommodate children under 10 in salon.


Your time is precious, when you book an appointment at Radiance that time is held especially for you. If you cannot make your appointment we respectfully request 24 hours notice allowing us to offer your booking to another guest. If we receive less than 24 hours notice a charge will be made for the treatment time reserved.


Please note if you are late to your appointment we may not be able to perform the treatment or your treatment may be shortened or amended. The charge for the original booking still applies.

When personal data of persons located in the EU is processed through Phorest software, all of it is held within the EU. Your information is processed by the Phorest software and stored in the Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure. During this process your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
In the event that you want to book an appointment through our software, certain personal information is required to enter into a contract with you. You can always choose not to provide personal information. However, Phorest may not be able to enter into a contract with you to fulfil appointment booking if you do not provide your personal information.
All information passed to the Phorest system is encrypted during data input and transfer to the cloud. Phorest employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data.
